Our journey started with a shared love for honest materials and handcrafted detail. What began as a few experiments in a home workshop — just wood, resin, and a whole lot of curiosity — slowly shaped into something far more intentional.

From sourcing quality hardwoods like teak and acacia, to shaping them with care, pouring resin with precision, and finishing each surface by hand — we’ve built a process that respects both material and maker.

Through months of trials, errors, breakthroughs, and late nights in the workshop, we refined our techniques — learning not just how to make furniture, but how to elevate it into functional art.

Today, Cast and Carve is a fully equipped studio in Virar, Mumbai, crafting everything from signature resin tables to elegant wall décor — all made with patience, passion, and pride.
