Design has always been more than a profession for CJ — it’s in his blood. Raised around wood and tools, watching his father work with timber, CJ naturally grew into a designer with a deep love for handcrafted woodwork. With over 9 years of experience in interior design across residential and commercial spaces, he brings structure, storytelling, and soulful design into every product Cast and Carve creates. What began as passion projects in a home setup, slowly shaped into a brand rooted in craftsmanship and care.
Lekha Gupta
Celebrity Makeup Artist · Resin Artist · Co-Founder
Known across India for her artistry in makeup, Lekha is someone who understands beauty and balance — not just on faces, but in form and material too. In 2021, after discovering CJ’s woodwork on Instagram, her own love for resin led to a spark of collaboration. One project led to another, and their combined creativity turned experiments into expertise. Together, they spent years learning, failing, and refining — right from CJ’s home workshop.
The Beginning of Cast and Carve
By August 2023, those garage days transformed into something bigger — Cast and Carve was officially born.
A homegrown venture based in Virar, Mumbai, with a fully equipped workshop and a team of skilled artisans. Every table, wall clock, console, and decor piece is designed with intention — blending natural wood, premium resin, and modern craftsmanship.
